About
Born in Nantes and into a musicians family, Bertrand Dupart turns, at the age of 6/7, to piano, on which he reproduces the tracks and songs which rock his childhood, just by lending an ear to the originals.
From Stevie Wonder to Bob Marley, through ACDC or the Sex Pistols, he is interested in all musical genres.
In 14 years his uncle offers him his first guitar and it becomes right away the love at first sight. He will dedicate the following years in the learning of the instrument.
He spent sometimes more than 10 hours in a weekend to deepen his ranges, his dexterity and his ear. He joined at 17 his first group with which he animates weddings and diverse events. Then,he played in a group of Portuguese music, then blues and French songs, showing here also a certain eclecticism.
17 years old is also the age of his first nights spent in nightclubs. An evening, a revelation: he will be a DJ.
He purchased all the necessary equipment and began very fast to mix in some private events. Beginning to mix techno, he turns afterward to House and more particularly Deep House. He had many propositions for gigs in numerous clubs in the area of Nantes.
Since, he accumulated the evenings and events, and sometimes beside artists such as Eric Morillo, Kerri Chandler, Dj Deep, Dj Gregory, Rocco, Schmoov, DIY, Ben Watt, IZ and DIZ, Eric Rug....
At the same time as his activity of Dj, Bertrand gets instantly interested in the production. He produced since the beginning of 2000s, more than 15 tracks or remixes on labels such as Space Breaks, Deeply Rooted House, UGH ( Underground Garage Hits), Twist My Dj or still Deft Recordings.
